Potrebno je:

  • 1 žumance
  • 1 kašika nemasnog kakaa
  • 2 kašike sladila u prahu
  • 4 kašike mleka 0.9% mm
  • 10 kapi arome
  • 6 kašika mleka u prahu

Priprema

  1. Ako ste na dijeti ili imate problem sa šećerom, a ponekad želite da se zasladite, ove praline su idealne. U žumance stavite sladilo u prahu, steviju, fruktozu... ili neko po vašem izboru. U manju šerpicu stavite vodu na šporet. Žumance dobro mikserom izradite sa sladilom, stavite u šerpicu i mutite nekoliko minuta da se žumance obradi. Ohladite malo, dodajte nemasni kakao, mleko u prahu, tečno mleko sa 0,9% mlječne masti, i aromu mix vanile, čokoladu... po izboru, ali da ukupno bude 10 kapi. Sve dobro izmutiti, sipati u silikonske modlice za praline i staviti u zamrzivač. Dobije se oko 15 pralina, zavisi od kalupa. Ove praline naravno možete raditi i sa običnim šećerom.
