Ulupati sneg od belanaca, pa mu dodati jedno po jedno žumance, te brašno pomešano sa praškom za pecivo, solju, biberom i origanom. Testo sipati u veću podmazanu i pobrašnjenu tepsiju te ga peći 10 minuta, na 200 C stepeni. Pečenu koru odmah uviti u vlažnu kuhinjsku krpu, te ohladiti.
Za fil: pomešati pavlaku sa rendanim sirom, peršunom, paradaj-pireom, iseckanom šunkaricom i kulenom, te sve posoliti i pobiberiti.
Koru pažljivo odviti, pa je premazati filom i ponovo urolati, a potom uviti u foliju, te hladiti u frizideru, najmanje 2 sata.
